Induction / Onboarding
Guidance re. best practice, induction check lists, basic health & safety, contract/terms & conditions, employee handbook, policies and procedures.
Reward & Benefits
Assistance with benchmarking salaries, performance-related pay and appraisal, sourcing and implementation of appropriate employee benefits
Employee Issues
Guidance and support relating to employee issues such as absence, sickness, performance, discipline, grievance, capability. Includes advice and relevant documentation to ensure best practice and legally compliant procedures are followed.
End of Employment
Guidance and support to ensure the employee leaves your business correctly and in the best way for all concerned parties. Can include exit interviews. Ensure correct documentation and procedures support termination of employment, retirement or redundancy.
Ad-Hoc / One-Off
From £60/hour
With my ad-hoc option, you simply pay for what you want, when you want it.

Service Offer A
POA
Great for Start-ups or those of you employing for the first time.
I'll get your foundations set up, including a database of your employees. I can monitor sickness absence and annual leave, flag up issues and advise on actions to 'nip issues in the bud'.
Price on application and dependant upon your requirements.
Service Offer B
POA
In addition to Service Offer A, or as a standalone service, let's have a monthly 1 or 2-hour session where I visit your premises - a regular HR clinic at which you can:
- ask questions
- discuss issues
- look at how imminent laws might need HR support
Or I could also:
- meet with your employees
- listen to issues on your behalf and discuss resolutions with you, and
- carry out employee surveys
Price on application and dependant upon your requirements and mileage to your premises.
Mileage may be added to the fees at the current HMRC rate for private vehicles.
